Cello teaching
Cellobabies is currently centered in the Horsham area [Sussex]. You may live in quite a different part of the UK. These sites may be helpful.
www.cellocourses.com A great resources site, run by Catherine Black, a wonderful cellist and cello teacher in her own right.
Exeter Young Strings An exciting project led by dedicated and experienced string teachers. Kirsty Hugill, the Director, is going to establish two music centres as part of an inclusion programme for children from disadvantaged areas of the city and is using ‘Cellobabies’ and it violin version, ‘Violinbabies’ as the main teaching material!
This is tremendously exciting but the outcome is dependant on finding funding. If anybody is able to offer some sponsorship for this very worthwhile project, please email Kirsty
